Q7: What is a PNR and where can I find it?
A PNR (Passenger Name Record) is a unique booking reference number used by airlines to identify your reservation. It’s provided in your confirmation email and can be used to check-in, manage your booking, or track your flight.
Q8: Can I add extra baggage to my booking?
Yes. You can either purchase additional baggage during the booking process or later through the airline's website using your PNR. Contact our support team for help.
Q9: Will Anuju check my visa requirements for international travel?

Q12: Are hotel bookings refundable?

You can cancel your booking through your Anuju account or contact us for assistance. If your booking is refundable, you will receive a refund within 7–14 business days. Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for a refund.
