Welcome to Anuju. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anuju ("we," "us," "our").

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.

Anuju allows you to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, and rides. When you submit a booking request, we process it through our trusted travel partners and suppliers. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or notification in your account.

All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant travel supplier. Anuju acts as an intermediary between you and the supplier facilitating your booking.

We strive to display accurate and competitive pricing. Prices shown on Anuju include base fares or rates and applicable taxes and fees where required. Some suppliers may apply additional charges at the time of service (e.g., resort fees, baggage fees, or local taxes).

Prices are subject to change based on real-time availability and supplier pricing. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged, provided the booking is successfully processed.

Taxes and fees vary depending on the type of booking, destination, and supplier. Where possible, we display all mandatory taxes and fees in the total price. Certain optional fees — such as baggage, seat selection, or insurance — may be charged separately at your discretion.

Anuju supports multiple display currencies. You can select your preferred currency using the currency selector. Exchange rates are sourced from reliable financial data providers and refreshed regularly. Some transactions may be processed in a different currency by the supplier, in which case your bank's exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees may apply.

All travel inventory displayed on Anuju is subject to real-time availability. Occasionally, a booking may be unavailable after you submit your request due to concurrent bookings or supplier inventory changes. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Bookings made through Anuju are fulfilled by trusted travel partners and suppliers. We act as an intermediary, connecting you with airlines, hotels, and ride providers. While we facilitate the booking process, the actual travel service is delivered by the supplier, and the supplier's terms and conditions apply to your use of the service.

Airline Rules

Flight bookings are subject to the fare rules and conditions set by the operating airline. These rules govern changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage allowances, seat selection, and name corrections. Some fares are non-refundable or non-changeable. Always review the fare conditions before confirming your booking.

Hotel Rules

Hotel reservations are subject to the property's booking policies, including cancellation deadlines, no-show charges, and room-specific conditions. Some rates require prepayment, while others allow pay-at-property. Review the cancellation policy displayed on each listing before booking.

Ride Rental Policies

Ride bookings are subject to the rental supplier's terms, including driver eligibility, insurance coverage, mileage limits, fuel policies, and damage charges. You must present a valid driver's license and meet the supplier's age and experience requirements at pickup.

By submitting a booking, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for the total amount displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through secure, encrypted payment infrastructure. We do not store your full card details.

If a payment is declined, your booking may not be confirmed. We will notify you and you may retry with an alternative payment method.

Once your payment is authorized and the supplier confirms availability, you will receive a booking confirmation. For flights, your e-ticket will be available in My Trips. For hotels and rides, your reservation details will be accessible in your account. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at bookings@anuju.com.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the supplier's policies and the timing of your request. You can initiate a cancellation from My Trips. We will process your request and confirm the refund amount based on the applicable cancellation policy.

Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees. The specific terms are displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank and payment provider, typically 5–10 business days. Refund amounts reflect any applicable cancellation fees or supplier charges.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us at bookings@anuju.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback for a valid booking without first contacting us may result in the cancellation of your booking and associated services.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, and any required health documentation. Entry requirements vary by destination and may change without notice. Anuju is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

When using our Services, you agree to:

• •Respect the rights and property of travel suppliers and other travelers
• •Use the Services only for lawful travel booking purposes
• •Not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt our platform

You agree not to:

• •Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• •Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
• •Scrape, copy, or distribute our content without permission
• •Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information

All content on Anuju — including logos, text, graphics, software, and design elements — is the property of Anuju or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written consent.

Anuju acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, ride providers, or other third parties. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by suppliers or events beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anuju's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, or failures of third-party systems. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as possible.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
